New Septic Tank and Drain Field

I have been experiencing problems with my septic system for over 5 years, About once a year I would contact Alan's Plumbing of Deland for a pump out. I knew I had a failing drain field but put off replacing it due to the cost. In Nov. 2015, Alan's Plumbing of Deland pumped out my septic tank and found a hole in the bottom of the tank and a crack running up the side of the tank. I knew I needed a new septic tank and drain field so I called Alan's Plumbing office to get a price. As a long time customer I expected a quick response. I was disappointed. I talked to their office staff three times and was told that they would send someone out when they had time. Apparently they never had time because I never heard back from them. I called Tri-County Septic System, Inc. and talked to John. He promised to come inspect my septic system and arrived the same day that I called him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, took his time determining what I needed and gave me a fair written price for a new septic tank and drain field. I let him know that I was still waiting to hear back from Alan's Plumbing but would let him know about the job soon. Because I never heard back from Alan's Plumbing, I hired Tri-County Septic System, Inc. They just installed my new septic system and I couldn't be happier with the job they did and the price they charged me. They arrived on time, were friendly, answered my questions and cleaned up after themselves. They are my new septic company and I would highly recommend them.
