Dr, Andrawis is a gem. I have been seeing him since I experienced complications from surgery many years ago. His compassion is unparalleled.

That said, his office staff is horrendous. His authorization/pre-cert/records person - Emily - is genuinely useless. Because of her lack of accountability, unwillingness to do her job, and ignorance of insurance matters that she tries to fake knowing, I, will be leaving the practice. Also, since my employer is asked often to refer to a great pain management practice, as a corporate policy, we have been told to never refer patients to them again.

Dr. A - Please clean house and hire professionals that actually know their jobs and have the empathy for patients to do their jobs. Personally, as a patient and a B2B partner with pain doctors, I would start with Emily. She has lied to me as a patient, and to me and my colleagues when we need to work with her to provide services to our mutual "customers". You have no idea how much money I see that is leaving your practice every month when we hear the same story over and over again. Even though she is the face of your practice to us, I know she is not the only kink in the connection, but she is a major one.

I've been with Dr Andrawis since the office was on Kingsley near 17th. He is SO NICE...yes, I've gone from being spoiled and seeing him personally, but, I've been extremely happy and we'll treated by the PAs. The girl Brittany at the front can stand a little customer service training on how to be more professional, because she tend to be somewhat rude at times and I'm a lot older than her and find it to be disrespectful. I've been a patient of Doc for almost 11 yrs, not going anywhere different..he's awesome, caring, and compassionate

After years of being a patient, because I could not leave a urine sample at the time of my recent visit(8/29),(I went 2hrs before I left work), and after drinking 5 cups of water and trying twice and could not produce, they dropped me as a patient. No warning, no oh by the way, just drop. I was on 6 different medications to function. Functioned well. They were stopped in one day, not having a refill, functioning is, not.

I've been with Dr. Andrawis Premier Spine and Pain Ctr since 2010 and he always treats me with kindness and concern. The office is accommodating about working with my schedule to provide a reasonable time for my appointments. They have always been there for me. All of the staff have been kind-hearted and patient when listening to me. I'd recommend him to anyone/everyone who needs relief of spinal pain.

I have been a patient of Dr. Andrawis for around four years. I've always been very happy with his treatment of my pain and have tried some of the injections, even though I didn't get enough pain relief from them to continue them, other than the injections to my hips that really do help.

I started seeing Dr. Andrawis when he was at his old location, still on Kingsley, but closer to 17 than Blanding. And before he had all these PA's. Back when he seen every patient personally. But I adjusted to the PA's with few issues. Other than one (who is no longer with him) whom I caught straight up lying. My problem is now that I have custody of my grand daughters the state has afforded me medicaid. And because Dr. Andrawis does not accept medicaid I arranged to try another doctor closer to my home (I live near Jax International Airport) and save my family money on doc appointment co-pays, medications and gas money. Not to mention my time. On the day of my last appointment Dr. Andrawis came and seen me himself. At which time I explained my reasons for trying another doctor and assured him that if I'm not happy with them.....I will be back. At which time he wished me luck and assured me I would be welcome back. Well that's not exactly how it's working out. His front office girl Brittany told me she had to get his permission to schedule me an appointment, per his orders. At which time I told her that he told me to come back if I'm not happy with the new doc I was trying out. That's when she told me that....yeah, he tells everyone that. But the truth is...he requires her to get his permission to schedule a returning patient. So now I'm being jacked around about whether or not he will accept my return. I watched him go from seeing every patient personally, to having at least four PA's. And from never having to wait more than three to five minutes to waiting more than fifteen minutes or more most visits. I feel that the star I have to select in order to post this review should be a one in light of how I'm being treated about returning. But the star choice is really about the care provided, I choose not to be as childish as I'm being treated.

GREATLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I've been going to Dr. Andrawis for several years and he's been excellent in my treatement for my lower back pain. He's there when I really needed help and has a excellent patient-doctor relationship with his patients. I can't say enough about him. If you have low back pain, no matter how bad, he'll work with you to resolve it.
