EZ Kleen Carpet Care

I remember this customer quite well. I drove from one end of his street to the other looking for him and verified address a few times with him my g.p.s. system even said the address did not exist. and being in business i cant spend an hours looking for someone I can not locate. And i understand i cant please everyone even though i try but for the record in the past 2 years this seems to be the only complaint i have had.
