Jeffrey's Car Wash

Well, they had a long time customer until today (7/9/15). Jeffrey's must have a free pass to damage cars. We have a brand new, 2015 vehicle we have owned less than a week. No dents or chips in the hood when it went in the car wash, nice dent and two big chips in the paint when it came out.Of course the owner claimed his equipment did not cause the dent or the chips and had his speech already laid out that they were rock dents. We spoke to the dealership where we purchased the car to schedule a repair and was advised by them that if a car wash does not keep their equipment clean that yes indeed, the car washes equipment can cause damage to vehicles that resembles rock damage, imagine that. It must be nice to not be responsible for something your business did to a $30 thousand dollar vehicle that was less than a week old.
