        St. Johns Country Day School is a college preparatory independent day school. It was founded in 1953 and enrolls more than 700 students. The school offers classes from prekindergarten through grade 12. It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, the Florida Council of Independent Schools and the Florida Kindergarten Council. The school s sports activities include baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track and field and volleyball. The school additionally offers financial aid to students. It operates various schools, including lower, middle and upper schools, and is located in Orange Park, Fla.

        Outstanding!

        I moved to the area because of the Navy almost 6 years ago. When our boys were old enough to go to school we assumed we would go to one of the good local public schools. Then I heard about St. Johns Country Day School so I toured the campus and also checked out the local A rated public elementary school. Though the public school would be adequate for all of the basics a kid needs to learn, SJCDS seemed to be in a different league and the public school couldn't compete. I want my kids to have the best possible opportunities to succeed in life. Once you compare what is offered both in and out of the classroom at SJCDS to other schools in the area (including other independent schools), I have no doubt you'll see what we found there. My kids are thriving and we feel so fortunate to have discovered this gem!

        SJCDS the Best!

        Everything about this school is RIGHT! St. Johns Country Day School has over 50 years of succes and it is a pleasure to have all of my children attend this school. Every school is unique in its own way and the trait that seperates SJCDS from others is the nuturing atmosphere your child is surrounded in all day

        Exceptional School

        If you are searching for a private school in Northeast FLorida, don't miss touring St. Johns Country Day School. The school's curriculum is college prepatory with incredible programs in academics, arts and athletics. St. Johns provides a family like atmosphere serving children from PreK - 12.
