Sun Tire of Orange Park

We have gone to this Suntire for over 10 years. Glenn was amazing. I say -was- because he no longer works there...and it shows. Glenn was honest. If he didn't think you needed to spend money on something that wasn't really wrong, then he'd tell you. That honesty had me going there for EVERYTHING. Oil changes too. I had a flat tire and called to ask Glenn what I should do. I had just bought 4 new tires 3 months before. A guy name Philip answered, his demineralization is exactly the stereotype you see on TV. He was rude and said its covered only if have road harazd. I know that but he couldn't be bothered by looking up my account. I had the car towed there and WOW. Philip was kicked back in the office eating something sloppy. Food was all in his beard. 1 mechanic popped his head in to ask a basic question even I knew the answer to. Big time stereotypes! I recognized only 1 person there. Talked to him and he said that Mavis took over Suntire and the company is not very good. Apparently they are cheap and don't really care about their employees. When Glenn left, ALL the other mechanics left too. Whole new staff except for him. (This guy is not a mechanic. This location went from clean, professional and honest to sloppy, rude, and dishonest. Every single stereotype of a mechanic you see in the movies. I have to find another place now and it sucks!

Been a customer for many years. Last experience was not very pleased. Was given a front end alignment without even being discussed with me and then lost a hubcap the first day after getting new tires. Might possibly find another tire store for my next purchase.
