Serpentini Chevrolet Buick of Orrville

I wrecked my honda civic in 10/10/2006 and had it repaired by Serpentini's Body Shop. We had to return the vehicle shortly after we rec'd it back due to a bubble forming on my hood -- they agreed to repair this after many arguments and phone calls back & forth. Again shortly after we rec'd the car back again, you could clearly see where the repaired the bubble on the hood because they only repaired this spot and tried to blend the clear coat which they should have never done. I paid for the job the first time to be done correctly. Now, this past spring 2010, rust is forming on my hood, driver's door and the clear coat is coming off of the left passenger door. I spoke to Chris Colucci twice about this on 7/8/2010 and he refuses to take any blame. During our second phone call, he talked over me and then proceeded to hang up on me. What kind of customer service is this?
