        It started with a friendly greeting at the door which was followed by referring us to a sales person (Randy Richard) who was equally as friendly and helpful. He listened to what I had to say and had the exact car I asked for. I took it for a test drive as he recommended and loved it. The numbers weren't where I had wanted so I looked at another vehicle but wasn't happy with it. The sales manager came over after our sales person had worked on satisfying us and proposed a deal that was to my liking and with almost no haggling I had the car I originally wanted. A truly great experience once again at Matthew Ford. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a new car or truck.

        Great experience with Dave Reinhardt in trading in my 2016 Escape for my new 2020 Escape Hybrid. I got a very fair trade in and love my new car!
