Big Ben Car Wash

i come here all the time, its a great place. i love the customer service and the guys leave the car nice and clean.

We were frequent customers for years, but my wife was the one that would come here more often and when she bought her new Infiniti she would come at least once a month. She had never had any problems until the day of March 9th. She thought it was weird that the guy who wiped down her car was walking away from the car without letting her know the car was ready. She walked up to him, gave him a tip and drove off to drop our daughter off at my job before going to work. I immediately noticed a crack on the windshield that for some reason my wife didn't see. I called Big Ben, told them about it and I drove her car back to show the manager, Victor the cracked windshield. He said he would look into the matter and talk to the owner. I told Victor that accidents happen, but unfortunately accidents have to be paid for as well. On numerous occasions I've asked Victor to get me in contact with the owner, but only to be told "the owner is never here. Don't worry, I will talk to him." It's been over 2 weeks, nothing has been solved and now he's not answering my texts. I tried to work with them directly to solve this problem and avoid courts and or insurances getting involved. It's sad that they don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes and it's unfortunate that now I have to take legal actions. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this matter. My wife and I won't be doing business here anymore and I URGE everyone to THOROUGHLY check your vehicle before you drive off the lot.
