Valley Precision Machine

I received an approval letter for a car loan. When I called to find out more information, I was told after being on hold for over 20 minutes that I would have to go back to the dealer to find out more information even though the letter came from them. I am happy that the dealer chose someone else. I would hate to have to dealer with their lack of unprofessionalism and horrible customer service for the next 6 years!
