Izee Auto Body & Paint

I took my business to size auto body & paint because of the ads I've heard in the radio .. The main catch was " They will pay your deductible ". When I got to the shop the office staff had me wait at least 30 mins before they would agree to pay only half of my deductible. I agreed to the terms because hey half is better than nothing. After having my car for two weeks and half I became impatient with the shop because the insurance write said this should only talk a week to 8 days at the most . The shop did a poor job keeping me updated & the sad part is rented a car from them as well.. The car I rented had front end damages but I felt I had no Choice because I was out of a vehicle & that wAs all they had to offer . After finally visiting the shop for a third time after they took my vehicle in , the owner Izee said my car would be finished that night about 10pm. When I arrived the rear quarter panel was still damaged and he had only fixed the front passenger side . I was irate , frustrated, & disappointed I just wanted to leave & never come back. I complained to my insurance company but they said since I chose the shop I would have to work it out with them. The owner said he could take more days to finish , but I demanded my car back & I would never let them touch it again. I believe the lengthy process was due to the fact they had interest in me paying a longer term for the renal. I will not recommend this shop or take business here again.
