Request Tran for every service. She is meticulous and skillful and never rushes through your service, and is the only technician I will go to when visiting this salon. For the last 4 years living in owings mills, lutherville, and whitemarsh I have always traveled to her to get my eyebrows done; subsequently several friends, my mother and my sister all get their eyebrows done by her. Tran is the best and has earned my loyalty.

I have been going here since they opened for acrylic nails and pedicures. I have never had a problem. The owner and his wife always remembered my name. They just recently sold the business to someone else, so it is under new management and I have not had any complaints. This is the only place where you can actually see what they are doing because there is enough light and the tables are not crammed into a hole.I understand that you may have a bad experience but that is not indicative of the whole establishment. Just as a thought, many of these bad experiences can be avoided by simply treating them with respect first. They all understand perfectly well and as a matter of fact, both the old owner and the new speak perfect English. Many people don't realize that they come off as carrying an attitude against service people in general and they sense that. I believe this place to be a first class establishment.

I have never gotten a pedicure here (and never will, based on the other reviews), but I got my eyebrows waxed several times. They always do a really thorough, precise, and quick job. It's pretty cheap too ($7 I believe). Usually I am taken back right away. I have no complaints about them.

I went in for a pedicure and it was the least relaxing experience I've had! The woman rushed through it and did a poor job. One of my nails was actually smuged! I asked to fix it and she tried fixing it with the wrong color! I complained, but the manager didn't care and just told me to pay. I will never go back and will definitely spread the word not to go to this place!

They are very good at doing full nail sets. I got a liquid-based gel for mine, and it is wonderful. They are also honest; they will refuse service to anyone who needs to seek medical treatment for their nails. I have 2 complaints: 1) price (but you are paying for quality), and 2) lack of staff. Only two ppl are qualified to do the liq-based nail gel, but only 1 person actually does them. So it can be a long wait weekday evenings! I have never used another service at this salon, so I dont know how the rest of it is.

I paid $20 for a pedicure. They took less then 15 minutes to to it. Polish was on my skin......they didn't even cut my cuticles!! When I made mention to the girl....she acted as if she didn't understand me! I talked with the owner....and he also acted as if he didn't understand what I was talking about. I think they need to learn English! I will NEVER go back to this rip-off place.....I will let my friends and sisters know what type of experience I had!!!
