The customer service here is wonderful. I was rear-ended a few weeks ago and decided to use this place because it is close to where I live and would be covered through the other party's insurance. The team was incredibly helpful and friendly. They fixed my car quickly and even vacuumed out the inside for me! So far I've had no issues, although they make it clear (verbally and through a follow-up card in the mail) that they are always available to answer any questions or concerns I have regarding the service in the future.
