Guys Pizza Co. - Parma

This has got to be the WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD!! I ordered a couple of pizzas and a couple dozen wings (extra crispy). First I was told 45 minutes but it was more like an hour 10 minutes. As I was waiting I noticed one of the guys working bringing food up for a customer, ringing them out, handling money and then going back to handle food without washing his hands!! Second, I specifically asked twice for extra crispy wings but after I got there and waited forever, I saw the guy putting soft wings in a container. I asked if they were mine and when I was told yes I specified extra crispy they put the wings back in the oil and another 10 minutes wait; they were greasy and soft when I got home. My pizzas were soggy, warm not hot, and the regular crust red pizza was still doughy like it need additional cooking. The thin crust was a white pizza and it was flavorless; I had 3 toppings on it and other than the bacon, I could not tell what toppings were actually on it. To add insult to injury, for what they charge, they were very stingy with the toppings. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Quite frankly, the quality was no better than a cheap frozen pizza from the grocery store. I would give them a ZERO STAR RATING but this rating thing makes you give at least a one star.
