To start with Mike the salesman’s is incredible!

So, where do I begin? My boyfriend and I both had vehicles from Big Horn Auto. I got a Nissan Altima in 2016 and he got a dodge ram 1500 in 2017. A YEAR APART! So, this last November at the very end my Altima ended up getting flooded. Keep in mind I had FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE 500/500 ON IT THE WHOLE TIME I HAD IT UNTIL DECEMBER. So, we had a wrecker driver come pick it up. We tried to get my car back multiple occasions to put it into the shop so it would get fixed and I could keep it. Fred wouldn’t allow us too but, he decided to take the car back to big horn and charge them almost $2,000 to get it back. Big Horn nor Fred Roach never once tried to contact me letting me know what had happen which is overly aggravating. Big Horn has a copy of the insurance papers in my file but, tries to keep saying neither my car or my boyfriends truck has had insurance. So, my boyfriend keeps paying on his truck like normal with in the last two weeks he pays $600 dollars then come yesterday they come and repoed it.

Their excuse for it was RICK THE MANAGER closed his account without his knowledge and told the repo man to come pick it up because of my issue with MY CAR. WE ARE NOT MARRIED AND MY ACCOUNT IS COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM MY BOYFRIENDS. And not to mention they were opened a year or more apart from one another. This is is a SCAM,will LIE LIE LIE LIE AND ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

*****Not to mention we had a friend have a car repo falsely and the owner of the companies nephew and wife stole everything out of the car then returned it.

I have referred many people to Big Horn and I always tell them to deal with Jeff the salesman. The reason I personally like Jeff he has always been straightforward and honest with me on the vehicles I have bought or test drive. So I am recommending to you. GO BIG HORN, YOU GOT MY WORD ON IT!!!!

I purchased a Ford F-250 diesel. Rick was my salesman and needless to say he claimed that he would change the cracked windshield and take the truck to be inspected and never did. As I drove off the property I noticed that they had taken a permanent marker and colored over the check engine light so that you couldn't tell it was on and the abs light stayed on. I notified Rick immediately and he stated to bring it back and they would have a diesel mechanic look at it but they would send it to another shop... Just another lie! I took it to a shop and so far the 02 sensor needs replacing, someone cut the exhaust pipe so the air is not flowing properly. The tires have been plugged but what's sad is that the vehicle had been in a major accident so when someone is behind you your vehicle is driving side ways.There is a knocking sound when you turn on the a/c, purchased a replacement grill and found out they used zip ties to hold the old one all fluids were low! Can't wait for KARMA to kick in!

I bought a 06 trailblazer from there exactly 1 month after buying it the motor blew up and all the money I put down is gone so PLEASE DON'T buy anything from them

We bought a 2004 f150 knew it had some issues but wasn't aware of anything major on the way home from purchasing the check engine light come on lost power started popping and sputtering then it had major miss fire on several cylinders the abs light came on stayed on discovered that the front end needed upper and lower control arms the motor needed cam phasers injectors all new plugs coil packs mass air flow sensor a complete set of tires and many many more things. As I'm sinking money into a truck before the first payment is made I call and they say well it's used vehicle bought as is had no prob paying for the parts an labor to fix it but in doing so I needed a lil extra time to make the payment and was told ok well next thing I know after speaking with them they come to pick up the truck and tell me that I can come in pay the payment the next day when I got paid and pick up the truck and there would be no fees other than my payment when we get there they say they can say what ever they want but if we want the truck it's 9500 plus a 500 fee for something that's 2500 more than what we we're paying for the truck and never even got to make the first payment they are scam artist and crooked don't buy from them at all and refused to let me have my tool box out of my truck bed

I just called to verify address and the guy on the phone was so RUDE gave me attitude... or maybe he was still sleeping

very bad company i will never buy another car from them they fix there cars to last a month and they brake down on you and all they say is well i didn't do it so sad god bless this company remember what you do to people always come right back

Very rude salesman. It honestly was the worst exp I have ever had at a used car lot and considering most used car lots have jerks there this was the worst. Check engine light came on after 45 minutes of driving the vehicle I bought cash that he wouldnt even take $75 of the price for a problem not related to this. They reset the battery to hide the light I didnt notice till i left that the clock was all wrong and the code to the radio was missing. I would have bought the vehicle wit the problems for a cheaper price and fixed it but they hid it. Very sad.

Bought a 2006 Ford f-150 from Big Horn.... four hours after driving off the lot the engine blew. The three grand we laid down went right down the drain!!!! Stay away from these crooks at all cost.

I BOUGHT A 2000 NISSAN MAXIMA FROM BIG HORN 3 WEEKS AGO. I EXPLAINED TO SALESMAN (DAVID) THE NEXT DAY TOOK IT BACK BECAUSE I NOTICED THAT THERE WERE BOTLS MISSING FROM PARTS UNDER THE HOOD. i ASKED THE SALES MANAGER IF I COULD TRADE IT FOR ONE THAT WAS MORE DEPENDABLE & HE TOLD ME NO THAT I SIGNED AN AS IS NO WARRANTY FORM. THE SALESMAN (DAVID) I DEALT WITH WAS SHADY AS ALL GET OUT & HE LAUGHED AT ME & TOLD ME THAT BASICALLY HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. I TOLD HIM I WOULD CONTACT AN ATTORNEY & SUE. I WENT BACK INTO THE SALES MANAGERS OFFICE AND HE TOLD ME THAT I COULD LEAVE IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS & THEY MAY OR MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO IT. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I LIVED 60 MILES AWAY AND DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE THAT COULD COME PICK ME,MY MOM & MY 50 YEAR OLD MENTALLY CHALLENGED BROTHER UP. HIS STATEMENT WAS "NOT OUR PROBLEM". I LEFT MAD AS ALL GET OUT. THIS CAR HAS CONSTANTLY BROKEN DOWN ON ME & JUST LAST NIGHT I HAD TO GET IT JUMPED OFF 5 DIFFERENT TIMES & WHEN I AM SITTING IN PARK AND TURN THE LIGHTS ON/OFF THE CAR DIES & HAVE TO GET JUMPED OFF AGAIN. I AM GOING TO BE TAKING IT TO THEM HERE IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES & LEAVE IT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS..THEY BETTER FIX IT & TRUST ME I WILL UPDATE EVERYONE. MY ADVICE WOULD BE IS STAY AWAY FROM BIG HORN & BUFFALO AUTO SALES..THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS AND DON'T SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE THE POTENTIAL CAR CHECKED OUT BY A MECHANIC. I HAD TO LEARN THE HARD WAY BUT A VALUABLE LESSON IS....STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY CAR LOT!!!!!!
