        Terrible service. Called 24 hours ahead to request a pick-up for a passenger at 1AM and they were a NO SHOW. In this frigid cold there is NO excuse for that. They don't even deserve 1 star!

        The worst

        When you call them they tell you 15 mins and an hour later you call back and they tell you 15 mins the longest wait time was 3 hours, finally gave up and called another cab service. This has happened several times in the past.

        The dispatcher was rude & when...

        The dispatcher was rude & when I asked the recptionist to call and ask how much longer it would the dispatcher said she just started and no other call was ever made I took the phone and talk to her and said I had been waiting about 30 minutes she just keep saying no call was made for a ride but she would send someone over as soon as she could. I got lucky at least I got a nice driver. total wait time for taxi one hr 20 mins.
