It's unfortunate that I wasn't able to make it to my first consultation because I couldn't make it past the unbearable receptionist desk. I was going to be a new patient at this office today but after the horrible experience I had, I would never go back. Their receptionist had such a bad attitude in person and over the phone, threatened me, and tried to make me pay a fee of $50. I was later informed that new patients or nonpatients are not charged with this fee, ever. She refused to give me my ID back after I asked multiple times, gave me a hard time because I didn't have a insurance card and stood up in my face and began threatening me before another worker of higher position took control of the heated situation. I am 22 years old which is why I needed to find a new doctor, and I have to say this was the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience I've encounter in a doctors office in my life.
