        James was definitely a heaven-...

        James was definitely a heaven-sent! Didn't really know what was wrong with my car but as soon as he looked underneath the car, he knew what the problem was. I thought it was something to do with the exhaust and the shop I had planned to tow it to doesn't normally deal with what the problem actually was but James assured me they would be able to handle it.and even spoke with the mechanic on the phone to make sure they could repair the problem. If I ever have to call again for a tow, I will request him.
