Doctor Depue was great during my exam. Office assistants, out of touch with reality and extremely rude and no customer service skills. Amber answers the phone with an attitude. Ashley, office manager informed me of information that Amber withhold but biased as if I created Amber's attitude and the office manager told me that I was being difficult...wow and that Amber was going to give me a trial prescription, which was not the case due to her insisting an appoint was needed to get a prescription and she would not allow me to speak to someone who could inform me of the office policy, seeing that I was a new patient but no longer, was treated horribly. Registered at Dr Depue Dairy Ashford location where the office assistants know how to communicate during phone conversation without an attitude like someone is bothering them like at the Pearland location.
