Took my 1967 mustang in to be restored back in 2016. Originally, Luis told me the work would take about a month and we paid him $4000 to start. 3 and a half years later, he pushed us well over 12k, threatened to put a lien on the car if he wasn’t paid a different amount then promised, changed his company name twice and claimed he didn’t have to honor previous agreements, and did amateur work on my vehicle. The vehicle has many new parts that he damaged, missing parts that were included on the vehicle when it was brought to him, and my engine now has to have a 5k rebuild from sitting on its side in a dusty shop for 3 years with old oil in it and parts being removed and lost. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless there’s absolutely nowhere else you can go, stay away. I am attaching pictures/videos that show the quality of the work Luis performed on my car. Not all issues are included as it is a bit difficult to get to some parts of the vehicle and get clear pictures. In them you can see paint chips, improper fitment of parts, damaged parts, dust particles underneath the paint, and other issues. The car was to have all bodywork and paint completed with Luis and I think that these pictures/videos are good illustrations as to what he thinks a completed car is. The inside of the vehicle was not painted at all and in the truck the paint has rough spots where you can tell there was tape that was removed or placed while paint was still wet. I am very upset with the work that was done. If not so much money was spent it might've been a different story. As I get more pictures/videos of the stuff that is wrong with the body work and paint conducted by South Coast Collision I will upload them here as I believe everyone should be aware of what could happen if you take your car here.

Also, some of the parts that are missing that were originally included with the car include but are not limited to the keys to the vehicle, the torque converter for the transmission, starter, two windows, engine fan, lug nuts for the wheels, and some chrome trim. Currently the cost to replace missing parts is around 2k.
