Pearland Car Care

Horrible customer service. Called to inquire about service for my car at 8:30 am. Said they could do it early afternoon and would give me a call back. Hung around the area all morning but never received a call. Called the next day and got the same story. Once again no call. If you do not want the business, just say so. Last place on earth I would take my car.

Awful! Walked in to see if they could put a machine on my car to see why my check engine light kept coming on...was told..." We are busy in the garage...and can't drop everything to fix your car right now" And I said...I didn't expect them to fx it now...that just to see what was wrong and if they could fix it some other time. Was told" We can't do that for you right now...you need to come back Monday" (this was a on a Friday) The wife has issues and does not know how to treat or talk to potential customers! Went down the street to Simba auto works...they took care of me right away and never gripped about testing what was wrong...they fixed it the NEXT day! I now know who one of the best mechanic's are in Pearland now!

Since there are no reviews, I figured I would add one. I have used this company several times, always with good results. They have a tow trucker who will tow from anywhere in Pearland for $65, you know thats a good deal. They have usually been prompt with getting car back (usually a 1-2 day turnaround, depending on parts), and were able to bill to my toyota warranty without me getting heavily involved. At least twice they have made an estimate and realized it was less work, and I happily showed up to a cheaper repair. All around nice company to work with, and they are fair and honest.
