US Beauty Supply

I just left this store and this is discouraging. I typically don't patronize these businesses because of the lack of customer service, however, there's a young lady there that I've found helpful over the past year so I've gone back time and again. Today, though I am reminded why we should not support these businesses. The owner was angry because I refused to pay for a bottle that was dropped. He thought I would still buy it and take it like it was...and had the audacity to tell me that he was going to let me go because I had other items I was purchasing. When he realized I that I was not going to make a purchase because of his attitude, he grew angrier and told me to get out of his store. Not that that mattered because I had no intention of returning, however, certainly opened my eyes. I would love for businesses that treat customers as less than to be held accountable for their actions on a larger scale. It reminds me to spend my $$ where both me and the money I spend are valued. No star! Only giving a one because it's required to submit the review.

No star at all. The help in the store walk around hiding at the end of the counters as if you are trying to still something. I would rather go to a store and stand in line than to go back in that store again. The reason they got 1 star rating is because I could not submit my review without rating them.
