Best Automotive

The owner of this establishment, Ron Brown, is incompetent and a poor business operator. To underscore this statement, The Tazewell County Sheriff's Office will NOT allow him to work on their squad cars and cancelled their contract with Mr. Brown. But don't take my word for it, let him "try" working on your vehicle and experience his "service" first hand. Also, he has moved three or four times in six years being evicted from his 2nd Street location for non-payment.

Ron has been working on my family's cars for years, and his knowledge is beyond what you'll find anywhere else. He's a good guy, that provides a service at fair prices, and doesn't charge to diagnose your car. I can assure you that anything you need done, Ron will take care of, and won't hurt your pocket book.

This is just a thank you to Ron Brown at Best Automotive for not only working to make my car better,faster, stronger and safer than I could even imagine. Ron's level of automotive knowledge is the highest I've ever seen. I took my car there because my check engine light was on and it was making a funny noise. The mechanic Ron worked on my car. He was so polite and showed me what was wrong and gave me a price before he did any work. That was awesome because i don't have a lot of money to spend on my car. Turns out, I only needed a new pipe and a censor thing. It was cheap and i got my car back the same day. Thanks again guys, you were awesome!!!!
