        No Professionalism

        My son and myself received basic cleaning but they balanced billed me. Billed my insurance and myself. When they were done the female dentist was standing in the receptionist area asking if I could call my other family members to come in for cleanings today...I should have known something wasn't quite right! So, I left feeling uneasy so I went home and called my insurance carrier. The rep told me I was right they charged me twice. I filed a complaint with my insurance carrier and the Dental Association. Then, it took them 5 months to refund my money. Once, they cut the check, it was in my son's name who was 11 yrs old at the time! Just a nightmare!!!
