Worst customer service experience EVER!!! I went in to buy an Audi because I love their vehicles and my family has always bought Audis. Every sales-person was sitting around on their phones and the receptionist had to go get a salesman for me even after I walked the lot and perused the show floor. My salesman Nathan was rude in small moreso annoying ways (Strike 1) but when I went to take a car for a test drive I found out that not only wouldn’t he be joining me for the test drive but no salesman at all would be. (They weren't even busy) I would be going on the test drive with the receptionist. I asked her if she knew anything about the cars and she said, “Not really, but one of the salesman would be able to answer your questions when you get back.” (Strike 2) While filling out the paperwork “salesman” Nathan and a woman named Hannah were joking loudly on the show floor about how stupid Christmas is and that people are ridiculous for believing this stuff. “Jesus is as real as Santa and we all know about him!” followed by both of them falling over laughing. (Strike 3 & 4) I stormed out and if I want an Audi I’ll buy it from a used car salesman because I trust them more than these people. I wouldn’t buy a glass of water if I was dying of thirst if it was from them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM ANY PLACE OTHER THAN HERE!!!!
