Big Dog Towing Enterprises, Inc.

On November 1st, I made a mistake and put gas in my diesel truck. I was told to take it to Big Dog Towing. So I went over there and talked with Artie, and he said he would have his dad Art come and get my truck with the tow truck and have it back to me by the end of the day. The cost would be 250 to fix my truck and 65 for the tow. Said his dad needed to make his money on the tow. The dad didn’t show up until after 4:00 pm, but explained he had been at att, understanding that, that can be a half a day task, I allowed Art, to take my truck, with the promise it would be back the next day. I had already given Artie 100 dollar deposit and was hopeful, he would fix the truck and get it back to me. The next day, these men had a whole new attitude with me. They were now rude and disrespectful and told me I’d get the truck, when it was fixed. They kept my truck from November 4th to November 21st. I had to beg and give them over 1300 dollars plus my deposit to get my truck back. The truck isn’t fixed. It is sitting in my drive till I can save up enough money to take it to the dodge dealership. I will not know what all Artie did to my truck, until they are able to check it out. Art and Artie, not only took advantage of me, they, lied to my husband, saying I was harassing them daily, they sent pictures to my husband of a diesel fuel tank, that wasn’t even for our truck, and tried to say the dead bird, covered in oil, was in our tank. And if that wasn’t enough, I was cussed and threatened by these men. This business and any business these men own needs to be shut down.
