        Bob Cole is a very fair man. A skilled technician who treats people with the utmost respect and fairness. Not only did I receive excellent service, but the conversation while I waited was great, too.

        Go to Bob Cole first!!!!! I f...

        Go to Bob Cole first!!!!! I first took my van to another auto shop that charged me $85 just for an analysis then wanted to charge me another $250 to fix a problem. I called Bob Cole's Automotive and they did the work for under $200 (without me telling them what the compentitors were going to charge). And if I would have taken my van there first they would have taken the diagnostic charge off of the total! Next time I will call him first and ONLY!!!!! I also stopped in right before another trip and Bob came out to greet me, asked how my last trip went, and quickly fixed a few minor problems - tightened some nuts and bolts and added some grease to a belt, very helpful and personal! I can't say enough about their service and prices! Even the person behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and go to him first!!!!!
