I had a wrap done on my boat from them 2 times first time the proof and the actual product were nothing alike they would not fix it so I paid full price for another wrap this time to have multiple wrinkles show up 2 days later. After being completely un professional they told me they would not fix the problem after even offering to split the cost a third time. Complete crooks and would warn anyone who does business to price other places because after shopping around also found they were much more than other shops for the same work.

Creative Instincts folks are great! Artists and just magicians! I have nothing bad to say as a matter of fact-- they worked with us, they listen and they created awesome window films at a fair price for 3 (three) different projects thus far! (from 2011-2014) ED Keith

I've been working with these guys for about 3 weeks now on what should have been a two-day project. They charged me over $100 for an hour of design, and 10 days later I got nothing like what I asked for. When I reexplained that I wanted a letter to look like a picture and requested them redesign the logo to look as originally requested, I was told my company and business don't matter! Marcus sent me an email to say I wasn't worth his time and that my truck was too "Sanford & Sons to be worth the time." Its an 85 Ford with a brand new paint job; it looks new although an older model. I'm starting a green business and wanted the G to look like a leaf, not a clip art of a leaf behind words; the work I received could have been done in 'paint' and the way I was spoken to was inexcusable. I will never use this company, and I've called the people who referred me to them who said, "oh, yea, he can be rude sometimes," as though that's just the way a business is supposed to work!
