Eimaj Spa & Hair Studio

I am fairly new to this salon. I went in July for a cut & it was great. I went back a few weeks later for an ombré color & I loved it. I then went back for a trim & asked the hairdresser to please put a few layers in my hair. She chopped 3 to 4 inches off, cut all the ombré out! I was horrified & hated it. I called back & let them know I was not happy & scheduled a highlight appointment to try & put some color back in my hair. I ended up with a shade lighter of hair, my mom could not even tell I had something done & I was charged again!! So over $300 later, I have a cut & color I hate!! Would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't listen to their clients.
