My business, Pensacola Jewelers, was burglarized on October 5, 2014, and my security system was installed, maintained, serviced and monitored by Gabriel Fire & Security. The cell phone back-up is a joke. A call was never placed to ANYONE. My business lost $500k in inventory! Someone from the company wrote an email to the monitoring company and told them NOT TO CALL US IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IF THE ALARM GOES OFF! This is BEYOND NEGLIGENT! These people are also part of Gulftech Communications, another security company, so buyer beware!
