Pensacola Naillounge

I really like going here, unfortunately its across town and I rarely have time anymore. They stay fairly busy, but really take the time to take care of you. I am always offered wine, coke, or water. If I am waiting on a pedicure and chair is available, they let me sit down and relax until a technician is available. They treat their clients like family.



I am fairly ticklish and one of the problems I often have is as soon as a technician knows I am ticklish they stop trying to smooth my feet. I never have this problem at Nail Lounge. They simply smile and laugh with me as they work to make my feet nice and smooth.



The few times my paint job has been smudged before leaving or shortly after, they take me right back and fix the smudge. They introduced me to shellac and when I can afford it, I do that instead - no smudge! As for the previous reviews, clearly they didn't ask anyone to address their concerns, because the owner is very proactive at keeping her customers satisfied. If she knew, she would fix it.

Beautiful decor..horrible service. My skin was cut, my polish was smeared, etc. I never write reviews, but this place deserves to be reported. I was really hoping this would be my permanent spot. So disappointed

This place is full of fancy decor, but the bottom line is they can't do nails. My 5 yr old niece does better art. The idea is great, but can one of these Vietnamese joints please hire girls that can actually do nails?! I've sampled a half dozen places and I will stay with Nail Talk!
