Charged me $158 for a $50 rear caliper for a 99 accord.



Also they were unable to diagnose a some simple idle hunting that the car does , so instead they hit me for an extra $300 in parts/labor to clean the throttle body and fuel induction service ( which as far as i can tell has nothing to do with idle hunting ).



Total charge= $600+ for a brake job . then $300+ more to do nothing apparently.



O and now the idle hunting is worse than when i brought it in.

Expect to pay dearly if you use this shop. While out of town they charged my grandmother almost $2500 for work she did not need. Calling O'reilly auto parts, they quoted the parts installed at 1/3 what Potterrs Autocare charged! Her van now has a loud rattling noise when going over bumps that Potters has looked at 3 times and can't find. The noise was not there before they worked on it! Beware!
