Was referred by a lady's insurance company that hit my car...best mechanics I have come across so far.. especially for me being a female...this shop is one of the few that doesn't try to railroad the female clients...I totally recommend them. They even fixed problems other places either messed up or couldn't fix...been going there for 4 yrs now and plan on for many more!!!

I was referred to Rocky's by my insurance company, Progressive, who also happens to have an office in their shop. I agreed to have the minor auto body repair done on my vehicle. As soon as I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed a very loud, high-pitched whistling sound that I had never heard before, not even after the car accident. It has since been in their possession 3 separate times. They cannot figure out where the noise is coming from. They also NEVER called me back when they promised they would. I had to continuously call them to try to get an update on my vehicle. I am so disappointed in both Progressive and Rocky's Collision. They now tell me I just need to come and pick up my broken vehicle and they are unable to help me. So, they broke my car and cannot fix it. STAY AWAY!!! I will tell everyone I know not to go there for body work on their vehicle. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
