Scion of Pharr

My 2012 Prius V is the third vehicle I've purchased from Frank Smith Toyota and there's a reason for it: I love the service! They never mark up the prices of their cars to where I feel like I need to gear up for a negotiation battle; when I go in for service, I've never felt pressured or hassled to buy more than what I initially went in for; and I get freshly baked cookies and a manicure while I wait - shut the hell up it's AWESOME! Plus, they have quality vehicles that I never have problems with and never worry about high maintenance fees like other luxury vehicles. They're dependable, cost effective, and I get compliments in my cars all the time. I'd like to think it's because I make my Toyota look good, but deep down I know the truth :) and that's okay.

So far i've had a good exprience. The sales person that worked with me is no longer there so Im not sure if things are the same. Either way I would recommend this place.



Whenever my husband takes in our vehicle it does take a while to have it ready but we have gotten good service overall. I dont have any thing negative to say about them and I hope I never do.

Would never go here again. First time around was a HORRIBLE experience decided to give them a chance again. HORRIBLE would go there anymore. Wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy. Said they would call with a response by noon and nothing i had to be calling cause didn't had the courtesy to inform me with response.

Fank Smith toyota's repairman were to say the least uninterested in repairing my toyota corolla. The workmanship was so bad that the wrecked areas of the vehicle were noticeable from a distance and the car's alignment was bad. I would never take my vehicle in for repairs there ever again. A one star rating is being nice.

Totally dissatisfied and disgusted.
