Birdie (car) had a broken wing. I had Vic's pick her up and fix her. I am very pleased with the outcome and the service was amazing. Let me point out who makes Vic's stand out from the rest. Johnny (owner), Juan (son and automobile glass specialist), Javi (collision Specialist), and who can forget the front office staff Ida and Celia. I would recommend Vic's Auto Rebuilders to anyone.

Wow, I ♡ Vics. I took my Sequoia in on a Tuesday and got it back that same week on a Friday. My car had a pretty damaged fender and now it looks brand new!!! They got EVERY single detail right! I am so freaking happy. The service was awesome and quick. Thanks Vics!
Incompetence at its finest! I took my higher end vehicle to Vic's for tint on the word of a local auto dealer. Big mistake! Horrible, shoddy, shabby work. Not only did their tint guy leave dirt all over my interior as well as mud prints of his filthy shoes ON my rear seats but he did an exceptionally bad job on the tint. Took it back several times only to be dismissed by the "manager" that all the bubbles and imperfections needed to dry out in the sun, the last time being several months after installation. Upon leaving I drove straight to another shop who quickly fixed as much as they could barring a complete removal of the film. All in all, would rate them 0 stars if I could. Stay away people...Thankfully it was only for tint, I can't imagine taking my car there for body work.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!! They are very rude and uncaring about the customer. They make you feel like you are wrong for wanting things done right! They can never get thing right! They never call you to let you know the status on your vehicle!! If you don't call you don't know the status on your vehicle. They will not wait for you even if you are on your way to pick up your car. They will close and give you no explanation or apology. They suck!!
Had to take car back 2 different times to get work done properly as if there was no sense of quality or care..
