        Overall

        The guy came out to look at my washer, there was a $55 service fee which was for diagnostics, but the technician was guessing as what the problem is,, first he said it was the lid lock switch, then he said it was the transmission and then he said it was the motor.

        I have a High Efficiency Maytag which has all electronic controls and if you run the diagnostics it displays fault codes telling you what the problem is, this guy had no clue as to test the washer.

        So after $55 Service charge and $30 labor, I still have a NON Working washer and STILL do not know what is wrong with it.

        DO NOT Call this guy for any new appliances as he is Clueless and just RIPS YOU OFF.

        The price quoted was more when the tech arrived.There was a service charge which was spoke to include diagnosing the pronlem, which I would think you would need to do a bit of trouble shooting to find what the problem is without charging additional labor charge which the technician did.I would not recommend them or use their service as the tech was guessing as to what the problem is.Bad choice on my part., save yourself the $55 service charge and call someone else who can tell you exactly without doubt the problem.
