terrible follow up from customer service,keep asking for corporate number to file complaint keep getting the run around. some of the delivery men are lazy and have no customer service skills. driver failed in service recovery and could hasve made sitiation better instead he wamnted to basdh company. i will never buy anything from sears and i have been shopping with sears since 1960 *****

Every appliance you could ever need in one place at AMAZING prices. Very helpful staff. We purchased a brand new stainless steel refrigerator with a small nick on the side (hidden by our cabinets) for less than half the regular cost. We will never buy full price appliances again!.
