Need a Vet? Go to Somerton Animal Hospital! Just got back from Maggie's annual checkup. The vet we went to before was so cruel. Didn't take any time. Put her on the silver table moved it up, which scared her, then would fight with her to examine her while she tried to get down. He would muzzle her and wrestle with her. First the techs were so kind and befriended Maggie before she even got in. Then inside, Dr. Cullen got down on the floor, talked and petted her. The the tech rubbed her belly while the Dr. examined her. By then Maggie was calm and accepted her needle and bordatella serum without issue. The Dr. took her into another room to take blood and even cut her nails while we were waiting for heartworm/lyme disease test. When Maggie came out she was smiling, wagging her tail and eating her treats. What a blessing Dr. Cullen was today.

Dr. G. has cared for my champion Scottish terriers for 20 years. He and his assiciates have been real heros with a very difficult whelping, saving the bitche's life, and treating two cancer cases with great knowledge and compassion. He respects my skills as a breeder- shower, and has my full trust.

This animal hosptial does NOT hold up to what they tell you on the phone. Take it from PERSONAL experience that the staff is not friendly what so ever, they quote you a price on the phone and then screw you over when you get there. THEY LIE to get you in the door to a vet tech that gets off by treating pets owners like ..... This place should be SHUT DOWN! I would rather take my cat and dog to the humain society where I KNOW they are not going to violate me and literally STEAL my money. I wish my puppy would have bit the tech. Maybe if she got bit she wouldn't have called my family liars. This is just a TASTE of the hospitality Somerton animal morgue will provide for you and yours. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME.
