Bubbles Car Wash

Took my car to this place and waited over an hour for it to be done. When I got close to my car I noticed little dings and scratches all over my car and my car is a new car. I told the manager and he said the scratches were there already and they couldn't do anything about it. So I asked to speak to the owner. Without even looking at the car said the scratches were there already, but she will have her husband look at them I asked her if she wanted my phone number or name she said to just come.back in a day or two. I asked for her name and she walked away. Now I'm have to see if I can submit a claim against this place to get my car fixed. Bottom line people never take your car to this place ever. Your car in an investment not something people can ruin

I came here until they damaged my car and subsequently refused to take responsibility for it. I witnessed one of their workers hit my bumper with a ladder, pointed it out after it happened, and then went through insurance to have the situation rectified. Guess what? They lied about everything that happened assuming I'd just take it lying down. DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! They do sub-standard work and lie about the damage they do.

So after a long, involved process I was able to speak with the owner. Not only did he refuse to acknowledge that what happened was possible, but he made it sound like it was my fault for not making a scene about the damage the minute it happened and therefore resolved his liability. Furthermore, he dared me to go to court as I had no proof of my claims.



Think about this - do you want to take your car to a business that has no regard what happens to its clients' vehicles, and operates as though it has immunity? I thought the whole point of a car wash was to make your vehicle look nicer. These folks think it's about making a profit at their customers' expense. You are now forewarned.

I waited as people who came after me left with cleaned cars. When my car was done, I had to look twice. My bumper was comming off on both sides of the cars. I asked to speak with the manager. All of the workers looked at me, waiting to see what I would do. He asked me what the problem was, I told him to look at the bumper, it was not like this when I came here, nothing was wrong with my bumper before I got my car washed. He said that my car was already damaged when I brought it to be washed. The "damage" he was referring to was a small dent on the passenger side inbetween the door and the back wheel. I told him that the dent has nothing to do with my bumper hanging off. He said that they would not pay for anything, and that is how I brought it in. I asked for his name and he nor the other workers would give it to me. I asked for the owners information and they said that they did not have it. So as my 2 year old was getting restless, I left feeling used and discouraged about people in general. I was not asking for money, just the truth. What happened! And why? So I do not recommend anyone use this carwash service.
