great customer service and great food yummy....

My husband and I visited the In & Out Burger Restaurant in Pinole once again. We are both just retired , so we are of that age group. We live in a nearby town but don't enjoy the local area restaurants too much because we find good service hard to find in our area. Burgers are not something we like to out for often, but that In & Out makes a believer out of you. Every time we go it is packed both inside and the drive thru. Any other restaurant we would say forget it. But at In & Out you know they are SO EFFICIENT that you will be served and sitting at a CLEAN spot with your food FRESH & HOT soon. We sat where we could see the kitchen clearly. Each person worked SO FAST, SO EFFICIENTLY, SO POLITE and SO SAFELY. I am SO IMPRESSED. I can't stress how busy it was at that time (5:15pm thru 6:00pm on Oct.22,2008) and it usaully is. The staff was constantly cleaning, asking if all was well, and SERVING CHEERFULLY. I had to grab a hard working girl named My-jah (sp?) to thank her and asked who is the manager. I believe she said "The first manager is Mike. And the floor manager on duty is Amanda." KUDOS !!!!

I also want to say the system outside, taking orders manually in the drive thru is also QUICKER &EFFICIENT .This store operates as a WELL OILED MACHINE ! Keep it up ! We will always tell our friends and family that your service is a breath of fresh air in a day where good manners can be hard to find in fast food places.
