        Overall

        Highly Recommend! My Refrigerator went down Labor Day! I called them,and the woman who took my call was very nice and took my information and told me some would be out soon, they came out in a few hours and fixed my fridge! The service man was extremely professional and friendly! He had my fridge up and running and, they were very reasonable. I will call them for all my future appliance problems, hopefully no time soon!!

        No problems.



        The service man was just here and told me my dishwasher needs to be replaced, which is what I figured. He came when expected, was polite and efficient. I was told in advance the cost of the service call. And he gave me useful suggestions for getting a replacement. I would use them again.

        BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

        Dishwasher was under a manufacturers warranty and still charged us 85.00 and it still made the noise, and then they told us to go somewhere else and when we did the motor was under manuf. warranty. STAY AWAY HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!
