Work is good - but the owner Brian Johnson cannot keep his word. He makes promises he doesn't keep and ignores collection calls continuously. You cannot be desperate enough to use this company for any situation.

In September the AC broke, I was looking for someone I could afford this day-in-age and someone who was licensed. I came across Brico on the yellowpages.com. So I figured I'd give them a shot. And I'm glad I did. I called later in the afternoon and the technichian show up when he said he would (within 15 minutes and didn't give me a 4 hour window). I am happy with the service and I am happier with the price.
