DFW Discount Taxi

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Called a day prior to make reservations to pick a group of us up. Was assured they'd be ON TIME with no problem. Took my credit card information (anything they'd need to charge it). They said they needed it in case we cancel or we aren't at the address at the time of pick up. 7:15 arrived and they NEVER SHOWED. Called Cab company at 7:25 and was told he'd call and find out where our cab is. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. We called him back and he never answered. We probably called about ten times and the guy ignored our call everytime. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I rode with many cab companies, but the thing i really liked about discount is the price. they have great drivers and cabs are in excellent condition. They had corporate discounts that was nice.
