Guardianship
In 2015, she shifted her focus to helping individuals with their estate planning, real estate matters, and issues relating to guardianship proceedings. In this capacity, she works to protect individuals, couples, families, seniors, veterans, adult children with elderly parents, and parents with mental and physical disabilities. She has worked with hundreds of families to help them achieve their goals of preserving their assets, providing those they love with the protections and care they need through guardianship proceedings and proper medicaid planning. She has also helped families during their times of loss through the administration and probate process. It is her top priority to help families preserve everything that they have worked hard to achieve over the years and ensure that their wealth is passed down to future generations, while still receiving the medical care and attention required to live out their remaining years with dignity and grace.
