I had my doodle groomed here and it was wonderful. Great quality and great service. This is the only place I'll take my dogs. They treat your dog like they are part of the family.

IM PISSED!!! My yorkie has been going to PP in Pleasant Hill since she was a baby. Her first puppy cut and the few after that were pretty good and it was obvious they treated her well since she was always excited when she walked in their door, BUT, They screwed up BIG TIME. They shaved my flipping Yorkie with the exception of her head. They gave her a schnauzer face cut instead of yorkie and she looks so goofy. When I called the owner Sandra and told her what happened she became very combative and told me they had no choice but to shave her since there was so many rats in her hair, she talked over the top of me when I was trying to explain how upset I was, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had given her a bath THE DAY BEFORE and combed her out just fine.I will admit that she had some around her feet and 2 small balls around each ear and her belly was pretty bad since I had let her hair grow some. Nice people and they did a great job on my little mutt. They are very accomodating on scheduling. They seem to be very nice and gentle with the animals. I absolutely recommend them.

Bob & Sandy do a wonderful job. I have been taking my boys there for years and never once have I been dissapointed. They love what they do, and there for, those that they do, love them. I know mine do. Hootch is gone now, but Rusty loves them too. Keep up the good work guys. You are doing a great job!!!!

I have taken my 1 yr old shih-tzu's there for all grooming needs. One pup was very skittish, but Sandy took her time, and he loves to go visit her ever since. Don't hesitate to use them - you nor your dogs will regret it.
