        Overall

        I find the staff at O'Neil Podiatry to be incompetent and unprofessional. Twice the staff at O'Neil podiatry Group Miss quoted Prices on Diabetic Shoes after they researched it with my insurance coverage they still miss quoted prices. Twice the staff promised a delivery date for the shoes and twice upon waiting the full length of the promised delivery date and I then called the office only to discover the shoes were never ordered.

        As far as the Doctor is concerned On January 20,2014, I called Dr. O'Neil's office and requested Dr. O'Neil call me that day. On Jan 29,2014 a staff member called me and once again I insisted the Doctor call me. Dr. O'Neil did finally called on Jan 29,2014 and was totally unaware of the problems. Dr. O'Neil apologies and agreed that he has staff problems and doesn't blame me for going to another podiatrist.

        Also Dr. O'Neil has moved to 1212 N. Park Ave., Pomona, CA 91768.The picture and address in the web site is incorrect. The correct address is 1212 N. Park Ave., Pomona, CA 91768
