Mix Bowl Cafe

The four of us had lunch today at mix bowl, the place at approx 12:45 pm was hardly busy, only a few tables occupied. When the female staff came to take the orders, it was obviously that: she was the type of impatience, rude and irritant person. When we were deciding whether to order thom yum kung order and asked everyone on the table, the server suddenly get outraged & fumed while pointing finger at me with extremely angry voice states that while I was talking & placing order with her, that I turn around & talked to my table-mate. She was truly upset for no apparent reason, saying that she was busy, and if we're not ready to order I should say so, bcoz she had many thing to do....As she knows that I hv patronized the restaurant for more than 11 years...nevertheless she incites an argument, and when i ask to speak with owner or manager, she claimed she is the manager and owner, by the time I was about to leave the restaurant, she then assigned to handle our table to other server, and learned the manager/ owner's name as "phuan" ? Its too bad for this unfriendly, arrogant person at mix bowl that simply have no clue whatsoever abt customer service. They just lost one of their long time loyal customer with his friends, family & associates, that will never set foot at this establishment again...not to mentioned abt the always filthy restroom, mountanous dirty dish and left over parked at the hallway leading upto restroom, which I don't think they give a damn about. Wondered where are the county health inspector??? are they just willfully and blindly overlook the substandard and unsanitary conditions??? or maintains double standards??? (benny)
