Autometric Collision

Like everyone I also was impressed with the google reviews. My Toyota Camry's trunk was jammed and they had to take out the back seats and open the trunk. Initially they said it would cost me around $70. I said ok as when I approached a dealer, the dealer said it will be $125. I thought it would be cheaper here. While they repaired it they told that they had to open the lock and it would cost little extra. I said ok as I had no option. At the end I was billed nearly $200(little extra). $70 and $200 is a lot different. This process took one hour. When I looked at the break down of charges I see that I was charged for 3.8 hrs. I am very disappointed and felt cheated.

Their service is bad . I will never recommend anyone ..
