I came in to just look and shop around for a subaru 4wd and walked out with 4wd fusion. It was priced higher and chris helped to get the price down so it would work with my payment requests.

I will have their cash pricing is very good. When I first looked at the car there was an issue with the check engine light but they did keep their word and this complicated issue fixed.

I spent hours here trying to buy a car. I quickly realized that most of the cars are complete junk, usually after starting them up.. too many started smoking under the hood, or smelled heavily of gasoline. Test drives didn't go any better, I felt lucky to have returned safely, and found that the car I really wanted was also smoking under the hood after I drove it. The salesman acted like I was ridiculous and irrational to want a car that wasn't falling apart, or that wasn't going to require a large sum of money to fix in three days, or three weeks. "That's no big deal, " or, "well what did you expect?" was his usual response to the critical problems I was able to identify (and I am not a mechanic). Well, I expect to pay that much money for a vehicle that is NOT smoking, shaking, spewing black waste from the exhaust, or making horrible popping noises when I make a turn on the road. I happily walked away empty handed; stay away if you are a smart consumer.

This was my second time in under 2 years buying a vehicle from here. Joe & his folks are always courteous and helpful.

How has this company not been shut down? Have you looked at their BBB page or at all the Department of Justice (Attorney General) troubles they've had?! Absolutely ridicules. Unfortunately I am another one of these horror stories because I didn't do my research on the company before purchasing my vehicle. I hope to save someone else from make the same mistake I did. My car after licensing and everything cost be 6493. That vehicle lasted me 3 days before the engine blew. I know how an almost 6500 piece of of scrap sitting in my driveway. The company has absolutely no remorse and refuse to help me with any of it. I'm a single mother of three and now thanks to them I'm without a car and can not afford to purchase another one. Please PLEASE please research this company before you decide to purchase a vehicle from them. You will get screwed like everyone else.

I have bought a car from affordable auto wholesale on 82nd holgate in portland. I specificly remember emmit. He had a bad attitude and was rude if he wasnt trying to hit on me. The sales person I was working with was a younger lady who was arguing infront of me with a co worker about who helped me first. She said nobody messes with her money. I had this car for 4 months and it broke down on the side of the free way. The whole engine was bad. I had to take the car back 2 times within the first 2 weeks I had it because they sold it to me with a horrible oil leak. It took them 2 times to actually fix it. I called the dealership after 3 mechanics told me the engine seized up and they said bring in 2 grand and they could help me. I would never go back there and I strongly recommend no one to even consider going there. They were very unproffesional which I should have realized and not gotten the car. It was my first time financing a car and they knew that so they used it to their advantage. Bad place!

It's Family owned right? They are soo kind and helpful and understanding BEFORE you sign the paperwork. They told me everything I wanted to hear, and made promises they had no intention of keeping. The salesman and the owner's daughter (Angela) both reassured me numerous times that their vehicles had been inspected by a mechanic for safety - that safety was their priority.



Taya told me that "as is" doesn't apply to safety matters and I could count on them if anything went wrong.The vehicle I bought BROKE DOWN ON THE WAY HOME. I called the next morning and the owner John Hill yelled at me saying that it drove fine on the test drive. After freaking out on him he finally agreed to take it to his mechanic.. He refused to let me take it to mine,.



THE BRAKES WENT OUT TWO WEEKS after their mechanic assured me all was repaired and the vehicle was now safe:. My daughter was in the car with me - thank God we were not hurt, but it was close;. They have blamed me and kept my money though this has all transpired in less than a month/.



They have 31 Oregon Department of Justice Complaints, 30+ complaints on the Better Business Bureau website, many, many more on various sites like Citysearch, Google, Yelp, PissedoffConsumer, and on & on;.



Countless trusting consumers have been screwed over by them, and been sold DANGEROUS vehicles - don't be the next!!.



Clearly none of them have a conscience or integrity as they have been doing this for YEARS!

This company isn't even worth the Poor-Fair rating. I'm really disappointed in this company. I got completely ripped off but they are ABSOLUTELY amazing and making you feel right about it until all the paper work is signed....I paid for a service warranty, but oh, wait. No I don't. Funny how they keep important copies and promise to mail them to you. They also tried to raise the price of the car I was in there for by $1500.... I guess I should give them praise for their ability to dupe and rip people off with an unwavering smile on their face the whole time. That is skill. I'd like to know how these people sleep at night, because it's obvious they do it all the time. I wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews before I bought a car from these scam artists

The service was great! Everyone was really friendly and cared about getting the right car for our family. My kids enjoyed the "kid center" there. It was nice that they provided crayons and coloring books for our children while my husband and I filled out paper work. The car was nice and clean and drives really well and best of all the price was right!

Quick, easy and painless. Just they way this type of business SHOULD be run. Thanks, love the new ride.

Joe and John fixed a steering problem even though I bought it as is. They are wonderful to deal with will buy again.

After looking online, we found a vehicle that met all our criteria, so we took a quick drive to Affordable Auto Wholesale on 82nd Ave. We were able to look at the vehicle we wanted and were soon able to take it on a test drive. Molly and Joe were very helpful and were both extremely honest about what they could do for us. Needless to say, we drove away with the 2003 Saturn Vue we'd researched online, and it was the easiest vehicle purchase I've had. Thanks to the staff at Affordable Auto Wholesale!
