        Worst place ever

        My husband came here to get his truck's door lock fixed, a guy named Paul took it, opened it, removed the door lock actuator from it, then told my husband he needed also a handle and another piece. So he closed the door panel without the actuator and the door didn't lock at all. Ok what ever. Then we went to the dealer, got the pieces he needed, and when we went again, Paul just said "Sorry guys but I did some 'RESEARCH' and I'm not able to fix it because we don't have the instrument to remove the handle". What?? Why did he removed the door lock actuator in the first place, and what kind of 'mechanic' doesn't know if he can or cannot do something when he sees the problem. Well like I said it's the worst place I've ever been. I truly recommend 1st Choice Auto Service, they fixed my husband's truck, with great customer service, half of what others wanted to charge us and best of all within a few hrs.
